I felt so good I did 5 min straight at the end and then a cool down.</p><p>The eating this week has been okay - a little cheat last night with a chocolate dipped cone at Arctic Circle. Tue, 02 Mar 2010 07:00:00 Mon, Mar 01, 2010 http://Lisa.fastrunningblog.com/blog-03-01-2010.html <p>Week 2 of following the running schedule.</p> <p>38 min total with 5 min warm-up, 2 min run/2 min walk, followed by 4 min cool down.</p> <p>Felt good most of the run but towards the very end felt a little sick to my stomach.</p> <p>The most encouraging thing was I got the scale this morning for the first time in a week and was down by 2.5 pounds!&nbsp; Yeah!&nbsp; And that was after having choc cake and ice cream twice over the weekend.&nbsp; The first time was worth it - at a dinner party and so yummy.
