Get back into better running shape.  Train to run a good 1/2 marathon sometime in the nearish future (no commitments yet)

Get into good shape and stay there.

Did a run/walk (some are now calling that wogging but I don't like the term) with Erica and Gina.  It felt good to be out and running again.  We were heading up Ft Union and we "ran" into Leslie.  She went the rest of the way with us and it was SO FUN!  She's the greatest to run with!! My back was bothering me at the beginning but it always feels better once its warmed up.
