really great run today.  i ran a lap/then walked a lap.  got to 2miles before 30 min -just barely.  i tested out how far i have to go to really be running a 5k in 30 min. i've got a long way to go.  i finished the last 1/2 lap running at 6.0 mph and i about died. how do people run faster than that??

Awesome Lisa!!!! I wish we could run the treadmill together. I am trying to up my speed a bit too, baby steps. It will be cool to see how fast we can run in 30 min. after our 100 days.

let me know when I can pick up the tickets. I am excited for Sat.
