what a great morning.  Went with Leslie on the favorite Wasatch run.  We started from the Bell Canyon Trailhead and went to Draper park.  We ended early so we walked some on the Porter Rockwell trail.  We met up with Harold and a minute later ran into my uncle and his grand-daughter.

It was so good to get out and do a long run again.  I really enjoyed it and didn't have too many problems.  We did 2 min run / 1 min walk for most of it.  The big hill really killed my knees and I found it easier to do that on the grass.  We did run the whole brick wall and i felt really good at that point. I definitely could have gone longer and I was glad to feel so good after being away from it for so long.

Thanks Leslie!!
