Definitely my toughest long run yet.  We usually go on Fridays but we bumped it up this week since most of our group is doing Heart of Holladay on Sat.  On Tues I was thinking we should switch our run to Thur due to the weather but then the report looked like we'd be okay.   WRONG!!  We ran most of the time in rain!!  And it was not fun.  Did not enjoy it.  I was soaked!  Luckily I wasn't really cold.  The good thing is I can say I've done it (and I'm sure I'll be doing it again.)

Stats from the run:

7 miles/ 1:24:34/ 12:05 avg pace

This week I started my Garmin at the beginning so all stats include our 5 min warm-up walk.  I didn't include that last week so the stats don't truly compare.

You gals DID do good! In fact, you did GREAT! I won't tell the whole story again, (see Leslie's blog), but I love the feeling of running in adverse conditions! (Maybe not always right at the moment, but the feeling of accomplishment is awesome!)
