Went out for a 3 mile run this morning.  It was gorgeous.

our activity today was going on a kayak trip.  We were gone for 4 hours and the guide figured we went about 8 miles - that was paddling most of that time.  I shared a kayak with one of the other wives on the trip.  It was raining and overcast in the morning and we had some pretty big waves to paddle through.  Then the clouds finally started to break up and we actually had some sunshine and saw blue skies.  Hopefully I can move my arms tomorrow.

I'm afraid to step on the scale when we go home.  WE have eaten so well while we've been here.

I can picture you up there in the overcast rainy green countryside, running thru an overgrown forest! Have a wonderful adventure while we are sweating it out in our lovely deseret!! Hey, enjoy the food too! What's a vacation with out yummy new foods?
