Estimate on the distance - it was raining this morning so we headed for the indoor track at the Rec center.  Not that we're afraid of a little rain - but with TOU next week we don't want to take any chances of injury or sickness.

We were dressed for cold outdoor weather - NOT indoor track weather so I got SO HOT!  Not fun doing the track!  Hopefully that was enough on the track this morning to keep us outside as long as possible.

It's good you are taking precautions for injury and sickness! I have a daughter with a stuffy nose and just keep hoping it is allergies. Then another daughter complained of a tummy ache yesterday and I get myself into a panic! We've all worked too hard for these marathons to have a stupid cold ruin it for us! I am excited to hear about your experience! Good luck staying healthy and strong!
