Get back into better running shape.  Train to run a good 1/2 marathon sometime in the nearish future (no commitments yet)

Get into good shape and stay there.

Jenny, Desiree and I just did walking this morning - taking a break and also stretching our muscles in prep for tomorrow's 18 miler!!  We're trying to decide on a route, any suggestions??

good one Paul! I seriously can't think of running 18 on the treadmill. I don't know how you do it. i just got back from driving out a route and it took an hour just to drive it (with some backtracking to figure out which way to go was best). So after that hour maybe a treadmill is the way to go.
