What a great run today.  I've decided 10 miles is my favorite distance for a long run.  I felt great today and even had some fast paces miles in there.  Unfortunately I forgot to plug in my garmin yesterday and it died 4.5 miles into the run.  I do have the stats from leslie's garmin - we did the run in 2:15 with an avg pace of 13:32.  We took it real easy and I think that's the secret for me.  I was kind of dreading the run today and didn't know if I could do it so soon after the 14 miler on Tues.  I was pleasantly surprised with how I did and how I felt.  I finished pretty strong and felt great and not wasted.  Yeah!!

I know you were feeling good! Those were some pretty smooth dance moves you were doing while you were trucking past me! Did you just love it that those runners wanted to know if we were a mother daughter group! And I thought I could pass as one of you chics!#$% Oh, well, I am happy to be the mother hen! Thanks Lisa, it was a fun morning!!!!!
