Get back into better running shape.  Train to run a good 1/2 marathon sometime in the nearish future (no commitments yet)

Get into good shape and stay there.

Had a good run with Jenny and Desiree today.  It was a huge jump for the interval - run 20 min/walk 1.  It wasn't too bad.  I kept it at a good pace for me.  They were ahead of me but not too far ahead.

just did a power walk with Desiree.  both of us were filling a little beat.  felt good to stretch our muscles and talk.

bike ride pulling trailer with Jared and Kamryn up camping - should count for double miles when you're pulling over 60 pounds and at over 10,000 elevation.
